2. Data provided voluntarily by the Public Administration and Private Company.

Processed data: name, surname, tax code, institutional/corporate email of all employees identified by the public and private employer. In this case, in fact, the legal basis for the processing of data is the contract between PA360 and the individual Public Administration and/or Private Company which, as employers, provide specific training to their employees. The users, as previously specified, have the right to provide their personal data, but the failure to provide it prevents access, use and delivery of online games.

3. Data collected during navigation, access and operation of the service.

Personal data are generated by technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, statistics and third‑party embeds. They serve to monitor and ensure the service itself.
