Tests, scores and rewards

All training video games "Soft skill game” are included in the project Gamification by PA360 Training on skills and include intermediate and final verification tests, aimed at all’confirming the progress of the’learning achieved on individual transversal competencies.

At the end of each single learning game , the participant receives a final score, calculated by summing up the scores achieved in the intermediate tests.

In case of not passing the test, the participant receives the nominal certificate of participation.

If the test is passed successfully, the participant receives the nominal certificate of participation and profit. 
The acquisition of certain scores in multiple serious games entitles one to special rewards.

For the above reasons, it is allowed to participate in individual video games and take the tests only once.

The subscription to either “Basic” or “Plus” entails the issuance of nominal participation certificates (open badge) or participation and profit (soft skills badge) certified with technology blockchain.

Digital competence badges comply with the 1EDTECH technological standard and are internationally valid.

3 Evaluation tiers (Subscription “Plus”)

Exclusive PA360 reserved for users of the ’subscription “Plus”:
Based on the final score, the Competence badge issued by PA360 Training on skills certifies the framework of the transversal competencies acquired by the participants and è is divided into 3 evaluation tiers (gold, silver, bronze).

The "Plus” is recommended for private companies and public administrations that aim to differentiate among their employees and reward merit.

The project gamification “Soft skill game PA360 enables detecting not only progress achieved in terms of mastery levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) on individual soft skills, but also differentiating among all who have completed the serious games successfully in relation to the scores acquired.

The issuance of “Soft skills badge” digital with 3 different evaluation categories (gold, silver, bronze) enables all organizations, private and public, to implement effective merit differentiations in relation to scores obtained by individual employees, with correlated differentiated rewards and/or career progression.

The verification of the skills acquired at the end of the learning games allows to certify the progress made in terms of effective increase in knowledge and skills at the individual and organizational level and the related digital certification, divided into 3 different evaluation classes, avoids massification processes of the final evaluation among all those who have successfully passed the tests.

Precisely for the reasons mentioned above, in the ’subscription “Plus” è it is allowed to take the tests only once.

Training portfolios and international certificates

The progress of each participant is recorded by a dedicated online platform (access from PC and tablet) and by a dedicated app (access from Android smartphone and iOS), both owned by PA360, via digital certificates "soft skills badge”, containing structured (metadata) personal, secure, portable and real‑time verifiable information.

The certification of competence badge through blockchain technology adds extra value, poiché guarantees absolute and total certainty of the information contained in the ’certificate’ (infungibilità and intrasferibilità), ’interno of an adequate and objective certification process of competencies.

The soft skills badge issued by PA360 Training on skills objectively qualify the representation of the results of the ’learning achieved in the various possible formal, informal and non formal contexts, becoming a fundamental support also in perspective of the employee’s training record.

All digital certificates related to training games on "Soft & Life skills” PA360 are valid internationally because poiché they comply with the 1EDTECH technology standard and can be added to your CV and social profiles (LinkedIn, etc.) to objectively certify the abilità highlighted in the training games on capacità and abilità personal and the improvement of your transversal competencies.
