Browsing data
Browsing the website www.softskillgame.com involves PA360 knowing the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site.

Data Communication
The communication of personal data of the data subject occurs mainly in relation to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary for carrying out operations related to the processing carried out and to comply with certain legal obligations (e.g., third-party suppliers and external professionals/consultants and Consulting Companies; Judiciary, Supervisory and Control Authorities; formally delegated subjects or those with recognised legal title). The personal data of the data subject are stored in archives located in Italy.
Data subject rights
In cases provided for by the GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain access to the data concerning them, their cancellation, the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing, the portability of their data, as well as opposition to processing by writing to info@softskillgame.com
