Compliant with European and international directives
Given training’s centrality as a key tool for developing staff knowledge, skills and abilities, the development of corporate and individual training plans to boost the transversal skills (soft skills) key of all employees, as well as the managerial competencies of executives, who aim to implement proper practice of leadership in managing teams both onsite and remote.
The project gamification “Soft skill game” by PA360 Training on skills è aligned with Framework European of transversal competencies (LifeComp EU) and to the main international guidelines on transversal competencies (UN, OECD and WHO).

The EU objectives are to strengthen lifelong learning, employability and career advancement and implement sustainable lifelong learning systems; encourage employers to invest in the skills development of their workers; aim for better recognition of acquired skills and competences.
